Our Approach

When Complete Captive first engaged Brand Strategies Group, they were gearing up to take their MedTRANS Insurance business pitch on the road. The existing materials were complex, technical, and laden with industry-specific jargon. Our mission was to transform their pitch into a captivating 3-4 hour presentation tailored for two distinct audiences: brokers and employers. The goal was to keep audiences engaged, communicate effectively, and ultimately drive sales.

To kick off the project, Brand Strategies Group conducted interviews with Complete Captive Management’s leadership team. This deep dive allowed us to grasp the intricacies of the captive management market, their core audiences, and their objectives. Understanding this complexity was our top priority, as it enabled us to translate their sophisticated concepts into layman’s terms that resonated with both audiences.

Next, we focused on identifying the most impactful visuals to convey the information clearly. Leveraging data, market research, and client insights, we developed compelling visuals and infographics that enhanced the presentation’s effectiveness.

These visuals served a dual purpose: Complete Captive Management also requested a marketing materials package for brokers and employers. For brokers, we designed a brochure, a comprehensive sales sheet, and two email templates. Employers received an educational packet featuring a case study and an infographic that highlighted the benefits and features of MedTRANS.

These marketing materials played a crucial role in reinforcing the presentation and keeping the audience engaged. Brokers and employers were equipped to take these resources home, allowing them to digest the information at their own pace.

Finally, we provided tailored speaker training for Complete Captive Management’s presenters to ensure a confident and impactful delivery. While the team was well-versed in the subject matter, our coaching focused on simplifying complex information, improving transitions, incorporating storytelling, and ensuring seamless handoffs between team members.
