Project Description
Due to the expansion of services offered by a leading DEI service provider company, negotiations were undertaken for a split-off to introduce new products and services catering to diverse audiences effectively. Brand Strategies Group was engaged in the project to conduct a Brand Equity Evaluation and develop a Brand Activation Roadmap preceding their communications plan. This contract was completed within four weeks, furnishing both the original brand and the split-off with distinct values to differentiate themselves in the market while offering complementary services to each other.
